Safety Procedure & Protocol

At Sangar, we take safety to our core. We promote a culture that places a high importance on an injury-free environment. We work diligently to provide the safest workplace for our employees, sub-trades, clients, and those who enter our construction sites. We stress the importance of insuring that all of our worksite environments are in a safe working condition. It is a strong goal of Sangar that every employee should arrive from and to work safely. We take extra care to ensure all of our employees are qualified and insured to do the work they are assigned.

Our Health and Safety Program

We have internal procedures and processes that assess and mitigate risks. This is done through but limited to:

• Conducting site safety walks to help recognize and eliminate unsafe working condition and practices
• Creating job safety analysis and enforcing standard operating procedures
• Getting involved in health and safety committee discussions
• Developing and implementing a health and safety program for all new and existing personnel
• Require the use of personal protective equipment for all trades and sub-trades
• Requiring incident reports followed through with a thorough investigation determining the cause not only to correct the problem but reduce future reoccurrence
