Specializing in commercial and industrial projects Sangar Construction has been operating for over 30+ years as a family owned full service, general construction firm.

Experience: Active since 1986 Sangar has completed projects from all ends of the spectrum. Including but not limited to: medical and professional offices, pharmacies, casual to fine dining restaurants, retail stores, day cares, grocery stores, manufacturing facilities, food processing facilities, and logistic warehouses.

1982
At the time, it seemed like a good idea.
Immigrated with only a few dollars in his pocket, Harvinder Paul arrives in Toronto, Canada with great optimism for building a future for him and his family.
1986
The story begins.
With a few month of expenses saved up and the support of his family, the Sangar story begins.

Taking what work he could handle and staying close to his key principles of honesty and integrity, Sangar progresses from small to medium sized interior renovation projects.

1990
Venture to commercial.
After working residential for a few years, the opportunity came across to develop their first commercial project for a jewelry store in Toronto, Canada.

Helping new businesses turn their blood, sweat and tears into reality became a fulfilling and rewarding experience for Sangar Construction. This project embodied the core principles of Sangar Construction and Harvinder decided to focus primarily on commercial builds thereon.
