Dental construction · Mississauga
A full dental clinic build-out, backed by completed Mississauga work.
Sangar Construction builds dental offices in Mississauga, coordinating the interior construction, clinical services, cabinetry and equipment interfaces. Our completed work at 1925 Fowler Drive is a 2,000 sq. ft., five-operatory dental clinic built from an empty shell. Sinclair supplied the dental equipment.
1925 Fowler Drive
From reception to operatories and the services behind them.
Completed dental clinic
Sangar delivered the reception and waiting area, operatories, clinical cabinetry and supporting building services as one complete build-out. The finished clinic combines bright treatment rooms with a consistent reception and patient circulation experience.
The project gallery shows the completed operatories, corridor, waiting area and reception desk. Review those spaces when considering the type of interior and clinical environment your own project needs.
Before choosing the unit
The equipment plan and the property need to agree.
Operatory layout
Confirm the intended chair count, treatment rooms, sterilization and support spaces before treating the available square footage as sufficient.
Clinical services
Review dental air, vacuum, water, drainage, electrical and data needs against the selected equipment and the building’s available infrastructure.
Access and alterations
Establish the landlord’s requirements and access to any areas below the unit needed to investigate plumbing routes or proposed penetrations.
Drawings and responsibilities
Align the owner, consultants, equipment vendor and contractor on who supplies the information and who installs each part of the scope.

Choose your starting point
A lease review and a construction tender need different information.
Evaluating a Mississauga unit
Start with the address, floor plan, proposed dental services, operatory count and your condition deadline.
Developing the design
Define the architectural and engineering scope, equipment requirements and landlord submission needs.
Ready for pricing
Provide coordinated drawings, specifications, equipment information, landlord criteria and the target schedule.
Dental construction costs
A square-foot rate needs a defined scope.
The condition of the unit, operatory count, service routes, equipment, cabinetry and finish selections can change the construction scope substantially. Compare what each budget includes before comparing its headline rate.
The Ontario dental clinic construction cost guide explains the budget categories and information needed before a fixed construction price. Its planning ranges are not a quote for the Fowler project or your proposed unit.
