Restaurant construction · Cambridge
Boba Shack
800 Franklin Boulevard
A complete restaurant build-out combining a distinctive customer environment with the commercial kitchen and accessibility infrastructure required behind it.
Project overview
A bold customer space supported by a serious commercial kitchen.
The finished restaurant uses colour, custom wall graphics, banquette seating and a prominent ordering counter to create a recognizable customer experience. Behind the public areas, the project incorporates a full cook line, stainless-steel preparation surfaces, exhaust equipment, storage and service circulation.
The construction required the front and back of house to work as one system. Customer flow, food-service equipment, utilities, durable finishes, life safety and accessibility were coordinated around the needs of daily restaurant operations.
